SOYDAVO operates in both Somalia and Somaliland with its headquarters in the city of Burao, Somaliland, and regional sub-offices in Hargeisa and Erigavo.

Since its establishment, SOYDAVO has continued to implement projects in the areas of livelihood, peacebuilding, education, protection (GBV, child protection, FGM), WASH, and Culture.

Thus, consequently SOYDAVO has developed a strong contextual understanding of the socio-economic issues in Somalia and Somaliland which are crucial for designing and implementations of the projects.
